"No property tax for 20 years," The Panamanian Government announced on Friday, 21st December, the reinstatement of the 20 year Tax exoneration on all properties whose construction permits are issued by December 31st, 2009; giving an additional boost to an already robust real estate market. ...If only those were my words! They kind of say it all, don`t they? They imply an integrity and commitment above and beyond what you find in most business transactions, nowadays. Reading those words certainly inspire a confidence that is hard to create in this cynical heart. Any company that would be that true to its word must be trustworthy.

High life? What is the 'high life', exactly? What do you envisage when someone uses this term? I remember a very short lived, though extremely funny, Scottish sitcom called the High Life – written by and starring the now (and justly) famous Alan Cummings - though this was about two male air stewards. Does 'high life' have to do with air travel, then? Maybe. In part. Well, me being me...I looked it up. You wouldn't think such a phrase exists in a dictionary, but sure enough, it does.
