Excellent tropical weather, natural beauty and diversification, Beaches, Rainforest, breathtaking mountains in Boquete & Volcan, Low cost of Living , 40% - 50% less than U.S. & Europe, no tornadoes, no hurricanes, the US dollar based stable economy no exchange rates, they use George and Abe as their regular currency , and it is also true that there is a major real estate boom currently underway.

How safe are these Investments? And How do I know I will not get scammed?

These types of Investments are very safe. These are Titled property deals, where you get Titled property in your name at purchase. In Panama by law, law 45, if you put a down payment on a property and you later change your mind and decide you do not wish to purchase, you are entitled to receive your money back. This should be clearly stated in the Promise to Purchase agreement that is signed by you as buyer and the Developer seller . As a licensed real estate broker I recommend placing deposit monies in an interest bearing escrow account. Here in Panama LAND AMERICA is the escrow title company we recommend. So yes, these business opportunities are very safe. The actual returns on investment are factors that no one can guarantee, but the BONANZA is now!
