Panama is the country south of Costa Rica and it has become the new red hot investment destination for boomers and investors worldwide seeking high returns on real estate investments. According to industry experts Panama’s economic growth in 2007 was one of the highest in the region at 11% and is slated to grow more in 2008.

It seems that everywhere we look we see articles talking about Panama as the New Hot Market, New York Times (Dec. 2007) , San Francisco Chronicle(Nov. 2007), Boston Globe, Fortune Magazine (March 2008 issue), Wall Street Journal. Panama tourism is on a steadfast growth, recently the Ministry of Tourism launched their new ad campaign with the slogan:

“Panama, it will never leave you!”

The plan is to invest heavily in advertising Panama, especially in Europe to promote all the wonderful things that Panama has to offer. Douglas Choy , president of Global Branding Group a marketing firm, and the creator of ThinkPanama.com had this to say:

This slogan is very true to the reality, there is an awe factor that Panama imparts to your visit. The Panama experience truly defines the feeling you get when you visit Panama. We call this:

Think Panama
