Wylie an agricultural, germplasm researcher and tropical breeding expert who has specialized in large-scale scientific research and development projects spanning over 10 years. He is a Board member of the Ugandan Economic and Environmental Initiative and is a founding member of the Foundation for Agriculture, Sustainability and Ecology. Project countries include Thailand, Nicaragua, Uganda and Afghanistan. Over the last three years, Paul has developed a strong interest in Internet technology and has used his R&D strengths to move into the cutting edge of this field.

In early 2006, Paul Wylie became a founding member of the Panama based Internet consulting company, BizMeds. Paul Wylie is a search analyst at BizMeds. Wylie’s role is to create initial search engine marketing (SEM) recommendations and execute strategic recurring SEM for BizMeds clients.

Wylie has been appointed, Director of Technology at ThinkPanama. His duties include spearheading the internet presence that will bring the ThinkPanama marketing message offline/online. This 360 approach will include a robust internet presence.
