Dinesh Vaswani was born in Hong Kong, and later moved to New Jersey. In 1997, after starting his own consulting firm, Dinesh came to Panama on a 5 day consulting job for the Latin American licensee of Christian Dior menswear located in the Colon Free Zone. Those 5 days quickly became 10 years as Dinesh was offered and accepted a full time position with the company as Head Designer and Vice President of International Sourcing & Product Development.

In 2001, Dinesh realized there was a growing interest in Panama from North American Retiree’s and 2nd Home buyers, and realized there was a lack of product in the market to suit their needs. Accordingly, Dinesh set out to create a plan for a development that would satisfy this growing demand, and created a concept that is today the Tucan Country Club & Resort – Panama City’s First Residential Resort development.

In 2007, Dinesh joined Think Panama, Inc., as a partner and Managing Director for the company bringing with him years of Real Estate Development and Sales Experience.
